RP Terms
So, some of you may know that some people tend to use other words in replace of everyday terms. These terms are from my website, and are terms I've used in the past. If you use some terms not on these lists, I'd be happy to add them. Remember that, if you can, define the word you us at the bottom at your post, this makes your roleplay easier to read for all of us.
Sorry if some words are repeated. I'm not always perfect.

Opposite with my vocabulary, everyone says that I know more words than them. When we went to register for school, the lady said I sounded and looked smart. xD

Re: RP Terms
I thought I may point this out, as it is a common mistake. But the "maw" is actually the belly.

Re: RP Terms
I, too, share an enhanced terminology. I find it quite side splitting when others goggle at one for using "larger, more complex" word choices and make one think they've sprouted two more heads. It's prodigiously enjoyable. XD

Re: RP Terms
I've used some of these terms before, but none of the ones that don't seem to fit. So, mostly the simple ones haha
Re: RP Terms
- Some of you might have seen my post on WQ for a topic very similar to this one. If you have, then you probably know what I am going to say next.
Anyway, I am not a fan of using an extensive vocabulary in roleplay or writing. I don't wish to confuse, intimidate or humor (on my expense) fellow users with words they have never heard of. I wan't to connect with them! Besides, some of these words don't even define what the user intends in a literal sense.
But that's my opinion, and there's no right or wrong about using uncommon words.

Re: RP Terms
We don't, for the most part, as it is member preference... But the majority of the members here do not use this vocabulary, other than perhaps a few words, but nothing as extensive as this. This post is pretty outdated if you look at when it was posted. (:

Re: RP Terms
- Oh, I'd imagine so Linnëa! It seems rather awkward to try and use lots of these words at once. It's practically a skill. Although I haven't checked out the roleplay yet, I do believe you that not many are used ^^.
