[Kira]

Kira scented the air and her eyes grew wide. Could it be? She caught the faint smell of yet another loner (Alex). "Im sorry our chat has to end so soon...There is another loner...if you want to come feel free" she barked before turning quickly and running after the scent. After pushing through a couple shrubs she saw the black and white male. "Who are you?" she growled, keeping her ears pinned flat against her skull. With pups still at the den, no chances were to be made.

Disturbed, Alex head popped up and his body followed, his fur raised slightly he turned and spotted the female above him.

"Alex." Said, the male watching her, "Who are you?" He stood on his paws, ready for anything.

[Kira]

"Kira" she said. "Why have you crossed onto our pack's territory?" she asked, still half-growling.

[Guest]

Alex left his face blank, he perked his ears at Kira words, and tilted his head to the side thinking of his words with caution.

"I"ve crossed the borders to look for a place to call, home when I realized the territory was claimed I kept moving."His eyes scanned the forest for a while, before turning back to Kira. "So I figured I'd just join."

[Kira]

"In that case follow me, I must take you to the alpha's" she said before turning around. She looked back to make sure he was following before continuing to pad along the forest floor. She dodged the branches that were poking out of the shrubbery.

A smile came across his muzzle, he trotted after Kira with out hesitation. As he walked, he leaped over fallen logs, and sniffed the air, trying to find any other scents.

[Kira]

Kira pushed through a little path covered with shrubs before the clearing opened up. She slowed down, making sure Alex wasn't stopping. She walked over to Rune, "Rune, this is Alex. He wishes to join us" she smiled, dipping her head in respect.

Alex followed after Kira, and spotted the male, he was well build Alex assumed he was the alpha male, he glanced at her and lowered his head down as well,

"Nice to meet you Rune." He said, with a grin.

[Rune]

Rune's ears twitched as Kira approached him along with another wolf. With one motion Rune raised himself off the ground and settled himself into a nice comfortable sitting position. "Greetings Kira!" He said as he swished his tail back and forth out of sheer boredom. As he heard the new male speak Rune adverted his attention from Kira and began to study him. "Likewise" He said as he gave Alex a simple, but swift nod of greeting.

Alex rose his head, gliding through Rune's features,

"So can I join?" Alex asked, watching Runes face.

[Rune]

"I suppose it would not hurt if I let you join us" He smiled warmly as he looked away from the black and white male. "However, first you must tell me the reason you wish to join my pack. Because if your intentions are not right then I will deny you the right of acceptance and have my dear beta here escort you off of our territory." He added as his tone shifted into a serious and somewhat cold one.

[Guest]

Alex nodded, "Well I was looking for a territory to call my own then I stumbled onto this territory, I figured I'd stick around and join, I've been treated with respect so though I expected, harshness.." His voice trailed off.

[Rune]

"Ah, I see well your intentions seem fair enough. Don't worry as long as you don't seem like a threat towards my pack then we have no reason to turn hostile. So now that I know your reasons I here by accept you into the Banishing Winds Pack. Now the question is what rank will you be taking?" Rune asked as he released a small yawn from his muzzle.

[Guest]

Alex wagged his tail, "Thank you." he thought, and thought "Hmm.. Is the rank Guard open?" He asked, scanning across the area.

[Rune]

"Indeed, I believe we could use one more guard in our pack." Rune replied as he gave Alex a wide toothy grin. "Now sense that is decided if you have any questions about something just let me know alright? For now you should probably get familiarized with all the other members." He added before he turned his attention back towards his beta. "So Kira, how have things been?" He asked as he nudged her playfully with his nose.

Derek looked once more to Queen before he got up and walked back into the den, he moved to where Rune, Kira and a new looking face stood. "Greetings Rune, Kira." he said before turning to the male "Greetings" He said dipping his head slightly.

[Kira]

"Good, Yourself?" she asked, pawing his ear playfully. She heard Derek's voice and looked up. "Hello Derek" she smiled warmly.

"Hello Kira, are you doing well?" He asked warmly siting down and covering his paws with his tail. It was the first time he had spoken to Rune and Kira since Palla's death and it felt good.

Alex, noticed the male speak to him, a warm smile shown.

"Hello." He said.

[Rune]

"I've been a bit on the bored side I must admit." He said as he stood up and nodded towards Derek who had moved towards the small group of wolves. "Hello there Derek!" Rune exclaimed after he shook his fur out vigorously.

[Kira]

"Im great, Thanks for asking" she said. She had decided not to ask how he was because she knew the answer already.

[Guest]

"Good, Good, glad to hear that Kira. greetings Rune and who may i ask is this?" he asked turning to the male.

Alex, tilted his head slightly not really know what he said.

"My name is Alex." He said hoping that it was what the male was asking.

"Well welcome Alex, judging by the way Rune is acting towards you i would say you have been accepted into the pack, may i say welcome to this pack, i am Derek the Delta Male." He said with a small wag of his tail.

"Nice to meet ya!" He smiled, "If I'm correct Rune has given me the rank as a Elite guard."
